Smart Growth In Fairfield CA May Put City Budget Into Black
Should Fairfield consider building more houses?
There are many pro's and con's to this argument. Some reasons for building more houses in Fairfield include jobs and crime reduction.
On taxes, smart growth actually puts huge tax revenues into the city coffers. Then we might be lucky enough to put money into savings over at city hall. With luck smart growth will then make it easier for us not to renew the 1% sales tax increase per measure P that just past Nov 6, 2012.
