What Is Fairfield's Grade For "Open Innovation"?

Guess What Is Fairfield City Hall's Grade For "Open Innovation"?

The costly errors Fairfield continues to make result from many factors.  One of them is Fairfield' famous closed innovation.  Local organizations not part of the Fairfield Old Boy Network are not allowed to know much of what goes on inside closed doors.

Fairfield city employees are also disgusted, but can do little because their heads may be next on the the butcher block during the next round of layoffs.

Don't remain in the dark. You won't know what may happen next unless you are prepared.
