Should Fairfield Fund Creative Arts Center?

Fairfield is debating if they can cover costs for Fairfield's great Creative Arts Center.

There are private organizations that also offer conference room rentals. It's another case of government competing to offer what the private sector already is doing. The building offers conference room rentals, and has a great theater. The Spering family has kindly donated their money for the Missouri theater at their nice privately owned office building in downtown Fairfield for another theater. Still the Creative Arts Center is a nice place to have.
