VACAVILLE MEASURE I FOR NOVEMBER 6, 2012 SOLANO COUNTY BALLOT:
"Measure to Extend Existing City of Vacaville Funding With No Tax Rate Increase. In order to continue funding for essential City services, such as libraries, street/park maintenance, public safety, the Performing Arts Center, and local programs for persons of all ages, including seniors and at-risk youth. VACAVILLE, CALIFORNIA MEASURE M FOR NOVEMBER 6, 2012 SOLANO COUNTY BALLOT:
"Measure to Protect Essential City of Vacaville Services. In order to protect essential City services from further reductions such as police programs to fight domestic violence, child/elder abuse, gang activity and neighborhood crime; fire/paramedic services for quick emergency response times; street lighting for safety; and other services, shall City of Vacaville Ordinance No. 1844 be approved to enact a quarter-cent transactions and use (sales) tax for five years. MEASURE E FOR NOVEMBER 6, 2012 SOLANO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA BALLOT:
To offset the continued loss of significant state funding, shall the Davis Joint Unified School District be authorized to continue a special tax for a period of 4 years not to exceed the base annual rate of $20.00 per dwelling unit for multi-dwelling parcels and $204.00 per parcel for all other parcels, and levy up to an additional $242.00. FAIRFIELD, CALIFORNIA MEASURE P FOR NOVEMBER 6, 2012 SOLANO COUNTY BALLOT:
To address the City of Fairfield’s Fiscal Emergency, offset significant budget cuts and state financial takeaways, and maintain City services, including neighborhood police patrols, firefighters, 9-1-1 response times. The local tax group challenged this measure resulting in more needed tax dollars being spent for legal expense. Measure P also would help fund fighting Fairfield crime, drug and gang prevention programs, maintenance of streets, medians and street lights, parks and recreation services, and other general services.
