Fairfield's 2011 Resolution: Will It Be To Keep Promise To Fix Central Fairfield



Mashburn, the new Vacaville City Council member again knocked Fairfield down to reality.

Mashburn said "Vacaville is the city most likely to position itself to take advantage of the economic recovery"

When will Fairfield fix itself and get back on track?  First step is to keep the city's important promise to redevelop the donut area surrounding downtown Fairfield.

Question is when will Fairfield work with everyone to begin fixing itself?
